Look Who's Eating!!!

We went to the doctor a few weeks ago for Brock's check up and we got the okay from him to start Brock on solids since he has doubled his weight since birth and he is eating a lot of formula!! I am making all of his baby food and so far he loves it! Here are some pictures of him loving the green beans mommy made him :)

Meet NORRIS!!

We have a new addition to the family, a sweet guinea pig named Norris! Landon and I have been bugging daddy for a dog, but for all who know Brady, pigs may need to fly for that to happen! So, Landon I went to the MN Animal Humane Society one day to check out the "Small Animals" and we both fell in love with Norris. What a love bug!! He is so patient with Landon, who just wants to play and pet him. I have to be honest and say that I am completely in love with him too... he is kind of my second baby! At night when the kids go to bed, I will take him out to hold and pet him. We are actually looking for a cage mate for him, as guinea pigs do better in groups... so stay tuned to see if Norris gets a friend :)

Landon Caught a "BIG ONE"

My parents took Landon out fishing last Saturday up at the cabin and he caught a nice size Large Mouth Bass!! He is such a good little fisher boy! He is putting the bait on all by himself, and as you can see in the video, he can pull in the biggest fish of the weekend :)

Trip to Lutsen

We took a trip to Lutsen, MN after the 4th of July and had an awesome time! We stayed at the Caribou Highlands Resort in the Lutsen Mountains and had a gorgeous view. We did soooo much... we had s'mores by the fire, went down the Alpine Slide, swimming, Landon went to Kid's Mountain Camp, hiked the Lutsen Mountains and went to Gooseberry Falls in Two Harbors. Landon and Brock had a lot of fun and both were exhausted at the end of every day. We have so many great memories :)

Happy 4th of July!!

We had an awesome 4th of July up at the cabin!! We went to the parade in town, swam, tanned, had a BBQ and went to fireworks. We were ALL exhausted at the end of the day :) Good times!!
