Princeton Family Farm

We spent the day on Wednesday up at the family farm in Princeton with my parents,grandparents and my uncle. Landon had so much fun and stayed busy all day! He got to drive his car, the lawn mower and the big tractor with my Dad... he even asked me if we could spend the night!! I think Landon would have loved to live on a farm :)

Brock's Baptism

Brock was baptised on August 23rd. We had a wonderful service at St. Stephen's Catholic Church and Brock really enjoyed his special day!!

Brock's 6 Month Pictures!!!

Look who's 6 months old!!! We hit the half way mark and I am feeling a little sad, but very happy that he has been healthy and growing like a weed! He can sit on his own now unassisted. He still has little wipe outs here and there, but he never cries... just sits there and waits for mommy to come and rescue him :) He is getting a lot more vocal too! He has been expressing himself by babbling or crying to make sure I get the picture that he needs something or if he is enjoying what he is doing. He does not like when I leave the room, so he is mostly planted on my hip and goes around with me to do the daily chores. He likes to help me fold laundry the most ;) He has not gotten his first tooth yet, but he is eating really well and I have been thickening his food more and more! Wonderful sleeper... need I say more...

The Biggest Giggle Fit... EVER!!!

Here is a video clip of Brock laughing hysterically at Landon the other night! Brock laughs more than any other baby that I have ever seen :)

Brock 5 Months Old

Holy cow!!! Time can slow down now... I barely have time in between months for his updates :) Brock is getting big! He is on solids now and totally loves it. He can sit for short periods of time without assistance and a long time with the boppy. He is grabbing everything, including my hair. I swear, I already am loosing hair from the pregnancy and now I am loosing chunks at a time in Brock's kung-fu grip! hehehe

He is still a very happy baby and bust out in the biggest giggle fits that I have ever seen! Brady and I love to watch him and Landon play. Brock thinks EVERYTHING Landon does is halarious! We tell Brock to stop encouraging his older brother's goofiness, but he does not listen! We love it all though. He is also one of the best little shoppers. He is yet to loose it while we are out running errands, as long as I carry him in the Snuggli! I pray that he keeps that up... I have enough to do to keep up with my little busy bee Landon.

Everyday that goes by, he gets more and more beautiful and we feel so blessed to have such a wonderful baby boy :)

Girls Weekend!!

I just got back from girls weekend and had so much fun!! I went with my mother-in-law, two sister in-laws and Brady's two aunts. We went up to Aitkin and stayed at a place right in town called The Loft. It is a really cute place with 2 bedrooms, kitchen and a big room with scrapbooking tables set up. We did a little shopping, scrapbooking, out to eat and A LOT of talking :)

This was the first time that I had ever been away from Brock overnight, let alone TWO nights! I did not think I was going to make it, but I did and had a fabulous time. Brady had everything under control, but said he really LOVES his job and even more after me being gone... so I think he now has an idea of what my days are like when he is at work.

If you can even believe it, I did not take one picture! Brady's mom took a couple, so if I can get my hands on them, I will definitely post them.
