Brock 2 Months Old!!

Brock is now 2 months old and he is one happy little boy. All I have to do most of the time is look at him and I get a huge gummy smile in return! He is still a good baby; getting a little bit more demanding or he is just figuring out that he has me wrapped around his itty bitty finger :) He is sleeping well. I put him down at around 9:00 PM and he wakes around 4 AM for a feeding... I can live with that if I could just go to bed at at a good time!!

Easter Egg Hunt

We attended the Brooklyn Park Easter Egg Hunt today. Landon had a lot of fun looking for eggs and getting candy. He also hit the dance floor and shook his bootie!! To top his day off, he got his picture with the Easter Bunny (along with baby Brock).

Brock and Cousin Victoria

Victoria came over to our house this weekend to play with Landon and Brock. Here is a cute picture of the two babies!!

Our Goddaughter Victoria, Baptism

We had Victoria's baptism today and she was just beautiful in her baptismal gown!! Brady and I are her Godparents and we are very excited to take on the task. Since I do not have a daughter, I am very happy to have a Goddaughter :)

Brock 1 Month Old

Time is just flying right now and our little man is now 1 month old!! He is giving us little smiles here and there and his personality is really starting to come out. So far, he is very calm and loves to cuddle with you... all the time. He prefers for me to hold him 24/7 and I am having a hard time saying "no!" We knocked out the midnight feeding now and so he has his last feeding around 9:30-10:00 PM and he wakes up around 3:30-4:00 AM for his next one. I can not wait for him to sleep through the whole night, but I know we have another month or so before I am blessed with a full night sleep. Landon continues to be a wonderful brother. He helps me out during the day by getting diapers, wipes, pacifiers, blankets and spit rags! He loves Brock and lays with him on the floor during tummy time. I am excited to see what the next month will bring!

Brock at Home

We are enjoying having our new little boy at home soooooo much! He is such a good baby and Landon just loves his new baby brother. We had been preparing ourselves for sleepless nights and walking around the house like zombies, but there has been little change

in our life since the arrival of Brock. We realized that your life does not change that much after you already have one child running around! So far, I only have to get up once a night to feed him. I feed him around 11:00 pm before I go to bed and they he wakes up between 3-4:00 AM for his night feeding. Then, he wakes up around 8:00 AM :) I hope we stay on this path because mommy is able to get a normal night sleep!!

Brady got 2 weeks paid paternity leave, so we have been so lucky to have him here with us for the past week and a half to help out and get some good family time in. We try to get out everyday and do an activity... mostly we have gone to the mall, Maple Maze, swimming and visit the grandparents. We will all miss him on Monday morning when he heads back to work :(

I have been taking tons of pics of Brock and Landon together, so I posted some cute ones! I also threw in one of the sling that I have been using around the house with Brock... he LOVES it and I am able to do stuff around the house without always putting him in a swing or a bouncy chair.
